At Mycelio, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, contamination-free products. Please review our replacement policy for any issues with your order.
Replacement Eligibility
Contamination: If any product arrives with visible contamination, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear, timestamped photos of the unopened product. We’ll offer a one-time replacement or store credit. Contamination after opening is not covered.
•Damage: For any physical damage, such as punctured bags or broken plates, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos. Damaged items are eligible for a one-time replacement or store credit.
General Guidelines
• All replacement requests require photos and must be reported within the stated timeframe.
• Replacements are limited to a single replacement per order, and issues arising from improper handling, storage, or inoculation techniques are not covered.
