Shipping Policy
At Mycelio, we’re committed to fast, discreet, and reliable shipping. Please review the following information before placing your order:
Flat-Rate Shipping
All orders ship for a flat fee of $9.99, regardless of order size or destination within the United States.
Processing Time
We strive to process and ship most orders within 24 to 72 hours of purchase. However, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship before contacting our support team.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST, via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Orders outside the continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) are shipped via USPS Flat Rateor FedEx, depending on availability.
Discreet Packaging
All packages are shipped in plain cardboard boxes with no visible branding.
Order Updates
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Signature Requirements

Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery to reduce the risk of theft or damage during transit.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, a signature will also be required, regardless of order total.

Local Pickup & Delivery
We do not offer in-person pickup at this time.
However, local delivery may be available for customers located in Colorado. To inquire about eligibility, please reach out via our Contact Page.
