Processing and Shipping Time

We operate our sterilizers daily to maintain consistent production of fresh, high-quality products. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy seasons or other unforeseen factors, slight delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding. If you ever have concerns about your order, we’re here to help.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

We ship all orders via USPS, with typical shipping costs ranging from $5 to $10 depending on the number of items and shipping distance. All packages are under 1 cubic foot, qualifying for USPS cubic rates, which allows us to keep shipping costs fair and manageable. Standardized packaging ensures secure delivery for products like agar, substrate, and grain spawn.

Disclaimer: Orders weighing over 20 lbs will be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe handling and delivery.
