Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

In rare cases, store credit or product replacement may be issued at our sole discretion, typically in cases of damage during transit. These requests must be submitted with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any individual or geographic area and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not match exact results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mycelio is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from use of our products or services.

Any unauthorized use of our branding for commercial activities is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
